I started photography 30 years ago when I got my first SLR - an Olympus OM10. I learned about how to take pictures by reading and using my camera on manual settings and just trying things out. I have developed my own black and white prints but sonce going digital in 2005 I have moved my physical dark room to photoshop which I have used since photoshop 4.0 came out back in the late 90s. Nikon is now my choice of gear and I have had a few commissions including a couple of weddings and portraits. Work commitments have meant that photography has remained just a serious hobby. My next step is to move on to try to make it more than this. My aim is to become a headshot and portrait specialist. I am interested in working with other photographers on collaborative projects and models who are looking to broaden their portfolio.
